WOODFIRED POTTERY
Some of the pottery is glazed and some is not. The unglazed pottery shows the flame patterns and ash
deposits left by the woodfiring process. These colors can be quite striking at times. Much of the flame
pattern is a result of how we load the kiln as well as how the flame passes through the kiln during the
