This page contains photographs of various woodfirings we have done with or for others. Over the years we have
collected some woodfiring pictures we would like to share. We don't care if you use them, but I can not speak for
those for whom we helped or fired with. Some may have copyright issues. We hope if you like woodfiring you will
find this small collection fun to view. There are too many people and places we have been guests at, so we
included just a few. Also included are a few miscellaneous pictures just for fun

WILLI SINGLETON - 4 CHAMBER KILN
bev
Willi Singleton's kiln is a traditional style kiln. He built this himself
after spending many years in Japan. He is one of the most gifted
and hard working potters I have ever met. We always fire with him
and each time we learn something new. You can view his web site
from our
contact/links page. It is worth the visit.
JOY BROWN - ANAGAMA
Ken Bichell firing and Bev doing some
loading. The kiln was so long I could
not get all of it into a frame.
KIRKWOOD ANAGAMA
I particularly like how the pottery looks here, all glowing
with the flame passing through the kiln. These were taken
from the front of the firebox looking into the kiln.
JASPER BRINTON
These are my two favorite
pictures. I love how you can see
the slow, soft flame from the kiln
passing over the cones.
We will add more woodfiring
photographs when as we get
more time
SOME MISC. PHOTOGRAPHS WE ENJOY - NOTHING TO DO WITH FIRING KILNS
wild turkey - back yard
All these pictures are of snow
and drifts. They have been
changed and enhanced to make
them more interesting.
